DELIVERY
The delivery charges for all online purchases are as follows:
Delivery charge nationwide is €15.00
Free delivery will be provided on all Orders in excess of €300.
The only exception to this is where you purchase Gift Cards/Vouchers. In this case we will post your order free of charge.
We normally expect your order to be delivered within 3 working days, for example an order placed on Monday should arrive on Wednesday and an order placed on Friday should arrive on Tuesday. We regret at present we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our staff physically checks all goods prior to dispatch from the Woodie’s DIY/Atlantic Homecare Internet Store.
A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and Woodie's DIY/Atlantic Homecare will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Areas Covered
We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the island of Ireland or to islands surrounding the coast of Ireland.
RETURNS
In order to return goods please contact the e-Store at help@woodiesdiy.com or help@atlantic.ie or Telephone Help line +353 1 8079101, quoting your order number. The courier company will then be issued with an Authorised Return Label instructing them to collect the parcel from your address and return it to the Woodie’s DIY/Atlantic Homecare Internet Store. (You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error.)
Woodie's DIY/Atlantic Homecare is happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and is re-saleable. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct Ulster Bank to credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning Items by Post
If you need to return any items by post to the internet store please post them to the following address:

The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct Ulster Bank to credit your credit card account within 30 days of reciept of the returned product.
